Main Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you are the day-to-day captain. You keep shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members having fun. You value collaboration and organization to keep our operations slick, and our ability to create and serve hot, fresh and tasty pizza at the core of our business. 

You will be the eyes and ears of the shift, ensuring that our teams know what to do and when to do it.  You'll be looking out for any bottlenecks that could cause delays to our deliveries, managing our processes and technology so that our pizzas are ready to go in super-fast time. 

You'll also have an eye for detail, keeping your eye on product quality, freshness and standards so that our customers love the product that gets delivered to their door. 

As the Shift Leader you'll be able to give feedback and recognition in the moment ensuring our team members can operate effectively and have fun in the process! Training and upskilling new team members will play a big part of this role and so leading by example and clear communication is a must.

About The Company
