Main Responsibilities

Expect a role that'll stretch you every day. When you're not taking calls, sorting out rotas or motivating the team, you'll take the lead on promotions designed to boost turnover. 

You’ll have complete financial responsibility for your operations and provided you maintain brand values, you'll have the freedom and autonomy to run the unit your way.

Managing a Pizza Hut requires someone who thrives on a challenge and excels within a fast-paced environment. The pressure of making quick, impactful decisions can be tough and we are looking for those ‘Step-Change Thinkers’ who have a great commercial awareness and can grow a business as well as their team.

The Ideal Candidate

Required experience: 

• You’ll have shown you can lead a team to success and deliver eye-watering results by operating in the slickest and safest ways possible in the hut
• You are quick on your feet, and can be a great role model to those around you to work effectively, with great product knowledge and the ability to help others learn and grow with you. 
• Perhaps you're in the food services industry already. Maybe you're in retail. Whatever applies, you'll have the leadership credentials to take on this exciting challenge.  

Skills/Knowledge required: 

• Managing a diverse team of passionate pizza lovers!
• Commercial awareness and ability think differently to drive market performance in your area
• Understanding of the finances!  
• Able to use data and insight to drive results through your team 
• Be a great coach and a growth mindset! We will support you will world-class training 
• Basic HR/ER knowledge to guide your team members during their journey with us
• Strong communication skills, with your team, leaders and our customers 
• Ability to interpret data and share plans with your team 
• A track record of developing people

About The Company

This is an exciting role for our brand new delivery hut opening near Tesco in Leyland, working for one of the largest franchise partners Starboard Dining. 

It all started in 1958 in Wichita USA, when brothers Dan and Frank Carney opened the world's first Pizza Hut restaurant by borrowing $600 from their mum. It was the start of the biggest pizza name in the world, and in 1973, that fantastic pizza came to the UK.

What started out as a single Hut in Islington, London is now over 700 Restaurants and Delivery outlets up and down the UK, and guess what, the pizza is still the best in town. Since we came to the UK in 1973, we've been proud of our service and great food. We brought Deep Pan to the UK and we invented Stuffed Crust and Cheesy Bites. And we're not done there, we're still leading the way with our innovation, watch this space for future exciting products.
