Main Responsibilities
The Analytics Lead
You will report into our General Manager and Chief eCommerce Officer and will be responsible for creating and driving our analytics and insights strategy. You'll be digging into site & App data and user feedback for multiple countries & geographies, analysing the shopping funnel and identifying patterns, formulating and rapidly validating hypotheses, uncovering UX and usability issues, launching lean tests, problem-solving creatively and be hands on all the way from strategizing through to ideation, analysis and iteration. You will work closely with not only the PHDV team of product managers, designers and developers but also with the Senior Leadership and Marketing teams within Pizza Hut Corporate and our Franchise partners.

What we are looking for
You have a background in eCommerce shopping funnel analysis and are extremely data driven when it comes to testing, measuring and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to improve the user experience and drive the metrics that matter. You are highly skilled in building hypotheses and developing insights. You are well versed in testing and guiding a business on both AV Testing and Multi Variant Testing. You can use Google Analytics in your sleep! And of course experience with other data analysis tools is great to have too. You have demonstrated knowledge in building baselines for KPIs like conversion, AOV, sales etc.
You are experienced working within agile teams using lean practices. You excel in fast-paced, performance based and customer focused business and you can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment. You love to work as a part of a team and have a passion for coaching others. You possess a global mindset and an interest in consumer practices in different geographies, we have a strong preference candidates who speak multiple languages.
A self-starter who can prioritize and define scope of work and accomplish tasks even when there are no clear requirements and direction. Not only do you have strong verbal and written communications skills, but you are also highly skilled at creating and delivering influential and impactful presentations. You are Degree educated and preference towards a post-graduate degree. The role will be based in our central London offices and salary for the role is £70,000-£80,000 dependent upon experience plus competitive benefits and bonus package.
